• issuing instances for bankruptcy declaration and other similar procedures

• issuing instances in order for a creditor to be part of the passive of a bankrupted company

• finding best solutions in terms of strategies and decisions to be taken to resolve controversies for the re-negotiation of client's debt with its creditors

• choosing best strategies and tools in order for them to resolve controversies relative to re-payment of the creditors

• preparation and issuance of instances, recourses and all it matters with reference to for bankruptcy procedures
