Tax litigation

Within tax litigation fields (including phases prior to tax litigation), the Firm assists its clients in the following areas:

• preparing and filing recourses before provincial and regional tax courts

• assisting clients solve general problematic with the tax authorities, filing tax rulings (i.e. to avoid application of cfc rules) and asking tax authorities to take position on certain tax matters (i.e. binding rulings)
